摘要
目的:观察扶正消瘤汤联合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取消化道恶性肿瘤患者160例,随机分为对照组与研究组,其中对照组采用化疗药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合扶正消瘤汤进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,生存质量改善情况及CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平。结果:治疗后研究组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后卡氏评分及CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正消瘤汤联合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤临床效果明显,可提高患者生存质量和免疫能力,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tang combined with chemotherapy.Methods：160 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given chemotherapy drug treatment,and the study group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tang on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical curative effect,quality of life improvement and the level of CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋of the two groups of patients.Results：After treatment,the total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;the Karnofsky score and the level of CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋ in the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tang combined with chemotherapy is obvious,which can improve the quality of life and immunity of patients,and reduce the pain of patients.
