摘要
风积沙地层是我国西部地区常见的地质情况,具有结构松散、颗粒间黏聚力极低、抗剪强度低等特点,风积沙地层中开挖隧道时自然也就面临围岩稳定性的问题,旋喷桩在一些工程案例中被用于解决该问题。通过离散元软件来模拟风积沙地层,对水平旋喷桩和竖直旋喷桩两种旋喷桩方法在风积沙隧道中的加固作用进行分析,从洞周变形、衬砌内力和应力分析等探讨两种方法的不同加固机理、施工质量控制关键点、优劣水平等问题,可为旋喷桩的利用提供理论参考。
Aeolian sand formation is a common geological condition in the west of China with the characteristics of loose structure, low cohesion and low shear strength. The surrounding rock is instable when excavating a tunnel in Aeolian sand formation. Rotary jet grouting pile is used to solve this problem in some engineering practices. In this paper, the reinforcement effects on the Aeolian sand tunnel of two kinds of rotary jet grouting piles, horizontal jet grouting pile and vertical jet grouting pile, have been analyzed by using discrete element software to simulate the Aeolian sand formation. In terms of the deformation around the tunnel, and the internal force of lining between the two methods, and the difference is discussed in terms of the reinforcement mechanism, key points of construction quality control, superiority and inferiority and so on, which could provide theoretical reference for the application of the rotary jet grouting pile.
