摘要
文章梳理了针刀代表性文献及著作,对针刀医学现有理论进行了回顾。目前的针刀医学理论既包含现代医学理论,又吸纳传统医学理论,主要以朱氏四大基础理论为主要理论框架。同时,作者在针刀医学理论视角下从针具、刺法、经筋三方面,分析整理了《内经》中与针刀相关的理论,发现针刀理论与《内经》针灸理论在一定程度上具有相关性,可互相诠释。针刀理论是源于传统针灸理论的,两者并非泾渭分明,在新的视角下解读传统针灸理论,可以丰富传统针灸理论内涵。
By combing the major acupotomology documents, this paper reviewed the current theory of acupotomology, which contains both modern medical theory and traditional Chinese theory, mainly based on Zhu＇s four basic theories. Meanwhile, with the theoretical perspective of the acupotomology, the author analyzed the theory related acupotomology in Huangdi Neijing in three aspects of needle,puncturing, musculature. It seems that in some ways the two theories are linked to each other, and can he mutu- ally interpreted. Acupotomology theory grew out from traditional acupuncture theory, and could enrich traditional acupuncture theo- ry significantly.
