摘要
当前土地整治规划设计停留在二维基础上,缺乏立体、多角度、全方位的展示,存在主观性强、工作效率低、公众参与度弱等缺陷,最终导致规划设计质量不高、实施效果欠佳。而在三维环境下,规划设计可充分利用地理信息系统技术,使大量属性数据在三维场景中直观地反映出来,以辅助规划设计决策。目前,国土资源管理部门组织实施了一些研究项目来针对该领域进行探索,国内学者也应用不同的建模方法对土地整治三维规划设计进行探索。该研究分析了土地整治项目的特点,明确了土地整治项目对三维模型的特殊需求,逐个分析了几种主流建模方法的优缺点,总结出每种方法对于土地整治三维建模的适用性,最后提出了可供选择的方案与建议。
Currently, land consolidation planning and design are based on 2D circumstances with the disadvantages of strong subjective, low efficiency and low public participation, which eventually lead to low quality and poor effect. In the circum- stances of 3D, geographic information system technology can be fully used; and lots of attribute data can be shown directly in 3D scenes, which can assist the planning and design. Ministry of Land and Resources and the land management depart- ments of many provinces have organized and implemented some research subjects in the research field. And the domestic re- searchers have tried land consolidation planning and design in 3D circumstances by many different modeling methods. The re- search analyze the features of land consolidation project, and find out the specific requirements of 3D models, then analyze the advantages and disadvantages of several different modeling methods, and summarize the applicability of each method to land consolidation project. Finally, suggestions about several solutions of land consolidation 3D modeling were proposed.
