摘要
群众路线是毛泽东思想的活的灵魂,是党的执政根基,是社会主义事业顺利进行的根本保证。作为中国共产党的根本工作路线、政治路线和组织路线,群众路线在中国共产党长期的革命和政治实践中逐步得到发展,并最终成熟。协商民主是我国主要的民主形式,人民政协是协商民主的主渠道,坚持党的群众路线在人民政协协商民主建设中的指导地位,有利于不断完善社会主义协商民主,有利于推动中国特色社会主义民主政治的新发展。
Mass line is the soul of Mao Zedong theory and the ruling foundation of the party, which is the basic guarantee for the smooth advancement of socialism. As the root working, political, and organization line of Chinese communist party, the mass line has been developed in the process of revolution and political practice and become mature. The consultative democracy is the major form of democracy in China and the CPPCC is its main channel. Therefore,to insist on the mass line＇ s guidance position is good for the promotion of socialist consultative democracy and the advancement of its new development.
