摘要
根据多年建筑结构质量及安全性检测鉴定工作的经验,总结出从接受委托到最终做出鉴定报告的全过程方法,该方法在工程实践中取得了良好效果。本文介绍了该方法的主要内容,并结合工程实际,着重阐述了建筑结构质量及安全性调查、检测、分析。
According to the experience of many years at testing and appraising of the quality and safety of building structures, a method of whole process from accepting trust deed to completing appraisal report was summazirised. A good effect has been gained when this method was applied in practical engineering. This paper introduces the major content of this method, and lays emphasis on the method in the investigation and test, analysis and appraisal of building quality and safety based on the paractical engineering.
