远距离数字离轴全息中基于图像指标优化的相位误差校正方法 被引量:12

Phase Error Correction Based on Image Metric Optimization for Long Distance Digital Off-axis Holography

摘要 针对远距离数字离轴全息中的相位误差,实验研究了基于SPGD算法的多帧平均校正方法。建立了数字离轴全息实验装置,首先采用扫描法校正离焦相位误差,然后采用SPGD算法校正每帧的高阶相位误差;在此基础上,先采用目标图像相关法确定并粗校正帧与帧之间的倾斜相位误差,然后采用SPGD算法进一步校正帧间的倾斜和高阶相位误差。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法能够有效校正远距离数字离轴全息相位误差;与目前的校正方法相比,该方法校正速度更快、精度更高,更适合于对运动目标成像。 For phase error in long distance digital off-axis holography, a multi-frame averaging correction method based on SPGD algorithm is studied experimentally. A digital off-axis holography experimental device is set up. First, the scanning method is used to correct the defocus error. And then, the SPGD algorithm is used to correct the high or- der phase error of each frame. On these bases, the target image correlation method is used to determine and rough cor- rect the tip-tilt phase error among the frames. And then, the SPGD algorithm is used to further correct the tip-tilt and high orders phase error among the frames. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can ef- fectively correct the phase error in digital off-axis holography and compared with the current methods, the proposed method is faster and more accurate and more suitable for the imaging of moving targets.
