摘要
分析了带反馈环路的光子器件信号处理的特点,提出了利用MATLAB的循环流程控制模拟光学反馈环路和设计MATLAB元件的方法,解决了Opti System不能模拟光学反馈环路的困难。模拟了无损耗微环滤波器,设计了无损耗微环滤波器的MATLAB元件,并实现了MATLAB与Opti System系统的协同仿真。仿真结果表明,提出的模拟光学反馈环路方法是可行性的,设计的无损耗微环滤波器MATLAB元件的性能与理论值吻合。
The signal processing characteristics of photonic devices with feedback loop are analyzed. Then the method of simulating the optical feedback loop and designing MATLAB components with the loop circalation process control method in MATLAB is proposed, which can solve the difficulty to simulate the optical feedback loop in OptiSys- tem. We simulate the lossless micro ring filter and design its MATLAB component. And realize collaborative simulation between the OptiSystem and the MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible, and the performance of the MATLAB component of lossless micro ring filter is consistent with the theoretical value.
