摘要
目的:研究分析针灸联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效,以便更好地指导临床。方法:通过检索2005年至2015年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)中国内公开发表的针灸联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的随机对照试验(RCT),运用Rev Man 5.3软件对符合纳入标准的文献进行Meta分析,比较分析针药联合疗法与单纯西医疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。结果:经过逐步筛选,最终纳入8个随机对照试验,共820例糖尿病肾病患者,Meta分析结果显示与对照组比较,针药联合疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的总体疗效较好,差异有统计学意义。结论:针药联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效优于单纯西医治疗,因纳入文献样本有限以及文献质量不高,尚需大样本以及多中心随机对照双盲试验的高质量研究来加以验证。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of combined acupuncture and traditional medicine in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： By searching published randomized controlled trials （RCT） of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） in China journal full text database （CNKI） , Chinese biomedical database （CBM） , Wanfang database, VIP database （VIP） from 2005 to 2015, by Rev man 5.3 software to meet the inclusion criteria of literature： a meta analysis, comparative analysis clinical effect of combined acupuncture and medicine therapy and pure western medicine therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Results： After stepwise selection, 8 randomized controlled trials were included, a total of 820 patients with diabetic nephropathy. The results showed that compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy . Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better than that of Western medicine alone, because of the limited number of samples and the quality of the literature is not high, the high quality of large sample and multi center randomized controlled double blind trials are needed to be verified.
