摘要
介绍了某汽车装配车间生产废水处理工艺流程、设计参数及调试运行结果。该工程分别对车间不同种类的废水进行了预处理,再采用接触氧化+MBR进行处理,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。工程实践表明,该处理系统具有处理效果稳定、操作简便、运行费用低等特点。
This paper introduces the process flow, design parameters and operation results of the project treating production wastewater from an automobile assembly plant. Different types of wastewater were pretreated, and then treated by contact oxidation + MBR processes. The effluent quality could meet the requirements of the first level class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). It is proven that the advantages of this project include stable treatment effect, simple operation, low operating costs and so on.
