摘要
以选煤厂的溜槽为研究对象,通过对物料在溜槽内的运动过程分析,将工程最优化设计理论引用到溜槽的结构设计中。根据溜槽的关键参数,应用动力学原理建立一组溜槽结构数学模型,进而利用最优化数值计算方法对溜槽结构参数进行了优化,不仅降低了钢材成本,还避免了溜槽易出现堵塞等问题,具有一定的理论意义。
The chute in the coal washery was taken as the research object, after the analysis on the material movement in the chute, the optimization design theory in engineering was introduced into the structural design of the chute. According to the key parameters of the chute, the dynamics principle was applied to build the mathematical model of a set of chute, and then the numerical optimization calculation method was applied to optimize the structural parameters of the chute. Thus the steel cost reduced, and the clogging of the chute avoided. The optimization offered some theoretical significance.
