摘要
研究丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)与砷的相互作用及其机制,对利用AM减轻植物砷毒害具有重要意义。本文从砷对AM真菌的影响、AM真菌对环境中砷的影响、AM真菌如何帮助植物适应和耐受砷胁迫以及AM真菌自身对砷的耐受及适应4个方面展开论述,并就该研究方向存在的不足及未来的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为推进相关研究进展并提供可借鉴的思路。
It has been well documented that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can adapt to arsenic (As)-contaminated soils, and form symbiotic associations with higher plants. Obviously, for the potential use of arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM) in alleviating As phytotoxicity, it is important to un- cover the mechanisms of AM in shaping rhizosphere dynamics of As. This study focuses on As toler-ance of AM fungi and host plant from four aspects : 1 ) The influence of As on AM fungi; 2) Changes of As species in soil by AM fungi; 3) How do AM fungi help mycorrhizal plant adapt to As stress? 4) The adaptation and tolerance of AM fungi to As; Finally, the future researches are proposed to promote basic research in As uptake, transformation and tolerance in arbuscular mycor- rhiza.
