摘要
本文对Wistar大鼠慢性硒中毒的免疫机能的变化进行了研究。46只雄性大鼠分成两组,实验组28只,喂给添加10ppm硒的基础日粮,对照组18只,喂给硒量适中(约0.1ppm)的基础日粮,并于实验开始后47—54天(前期)对82—87天(后期)两次采血测定了两组大鼠的免疫功能,其结果表明,慢性中毒水平的硒对大白鼠外周血白细胞总数、淋巴细胞绝对数影响不大的情况下,可使淋巴细胞的百分率下降(p<0.05),T淋巴细胞的数目及百分率极显著下降(p<0.001)对血清总蛋白含量的影响不大时,可使抗绵羊红细胞血清凝集抗体滴度下降(p<0.001),补体活性下降(p<0.001),后期血清白蛋白百分率及绝对含量下降(p<0.001),r-球蛋白的含量虽有所下降,但差异不显著。
Changes of immune funtions in experimentalchronic selenosis of Wistar rats had been studied. Forty six male Wistar rats, weighing 105 to 135 grams, were divided into two groups. Twenty eight rats in the experimental group were fed basal diet supplemented with 10 ppm selenium(se) of sodiumselenite, while the eighteen rats of control group were only fed with basal diet. At 47 to 54 days (early stage) and 82 to 87 days (final stage) after adminstration of excess of selenium, two groups each blood samples were examined During early and final stage, there were no significant difference between two groups in blood white cell and lymphocyte count, total serum protein and r-globulin value, but T lymphocyte(ANAE positive) count, anti-SRBC hemagglutinating antibody titer and complement activity (CH50)were significantly (P<0.00l) decreased. Percentage of lymphocyte was also significantly decreased(P<0.05).
