摘要
为了提高羊毛织物无染料显色的色彩饱和度,在强酸及耐酸性增稠剂条件下使用对羟基苯甲醛(PHBA)反应单体作为糊料的基础上,采用外加色氨酸的方法处理羊毛织物,通过汽蒸方法对羊毛织物进行显色反应。通过正交试验和单因素实验方法对PHBA、HCl、H_2O_2和色氨酸浓度进行了分析,确定了羊毛汽蒸法外加色氨酸对羊毛无染料显色的最佳工艺条件:对羟基苯甲醛质量分数0.4%、盐酸质量分数5%、双氧水质量分数8%以及色氨酸质量分数2.5%。实验结果表明:色氨酸是影响织物色彩饱和度的主要因素,处理后的织物力学性能优良,色牢度好。
To improve color depth of wool dye-free coloration, the paper usees 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde(PHBA) as the paste under the circumstance of the strong acid and acid-resistant thickener for the wool that treated by adding tryptophan dye-free coloration with steam. Rthogonal and single factor test method are conducted to analyse the concentration of PHBA, HC1 and tryptophan and tryptophan plus wool steaming. Wool color dye-free optimum conditions are,the concentration of PHBA 0.4% , concentration of hydrochloric acid as follows 5% , hydrogen peroxide concentration 8% and 2.5% of the amount of tryptophan. The results show that: tryptophan is the main factor affect the fabric color saturation, the mechanical properties of the treated fabric excellent color fastness.
