摘要
改革开放以来,中国农村在经济、社会、文化等各个方面都取得了可喜的成绩,但当前农村发展过程中仍存在一些矛盾和问题,如空巢老人、产业结构单一、陋习导致部分农民返贫、养老体制不健全、大病救助机制不健全,影响了农民的生产和生活。该文在综合分析的基础上提出了解决措施:积极扩大、推广农业规模化、产业化经营;对农村陋习采取法律和教育并行的措施;建立和完善农村社会保障体系等。
Since reform and opening up,China＇s rural economy,social and culture have made gratifyingachievement in all aspects,but some contradictions and problems still exist in the process of rural development,suchas empty nest elderly,industry structure,harmful traditional practices led some farmers production and living. Basedon a comprehensive analysis of proposed solutions：actively promoting agricultural expansion,large-scale,industrialmanagement;law and education to rural practice of parallel measures establishing and perfecting rural social securi-ty system and so on.
