轴系轴承不对中夹角误差对其承载特性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探究舰船轴系轴承不对中夹角误差对其承载特性的影响,本文建立表征轴系径向滑动轴承不对中夹角误差的计算模型,推导夹角综合误差下的轴承液膜厚度表达式。分别研究舰船轴承不对中倾角及摆角误差对液膜压力分布,承载能力及内部附加力矩的影响。研究结果表明,轴承内孔和轴颈之间的倾角和摆角误差,即使控制在船舶推进轴系校中标准CB/Z 338-2005规定的3.5×10^(–4) rad以下,依然会对其承载性能产生显著影响。并建议采用顺应轴系曲线轴线安装轴承的工艺方法,保证轴承良好的承载性能及轴系校中效果。 In this paper, the calculation model of the Misalignment angle error of the radial sliding bearing wasestab-lished. The expression of liquid film thickness in the integrated error included the inclination angle and the offset angle of the shaft neck and the inner hole of the bearing was also derived. The influences of the angle of inclination and the angle ofoff-set on the liquid film pressure distribution, bearing capacity and the additional moment of the bearing were analyzed. The results show that the inclination angle and the offset angle error between the inner hole and the shaft neck, even if the values are below the national standard 3.5×10-4rad, will still have a significant impact on the load-bearing properties of the bearing. With the increase of the angle error, the minimum film thickness is reduced, the bearing capacity of the bearing is moreun-even, the additional moment of the bearing is greatly increased, and effect of shafting alignment is also affected. And it is suggested that the process method of installing the bearing by conforming to the curve axis of the shaft axis to ensure the good lubrication effect and the mechanical properties of the bearing should be considered.
