摘要
针对录井传统液位监测传感器精确检测和校准处理方面存在的不足,在阐述激光测距技术原理和简介DLS-B 15型激光测距仪的基础上,结合液位监测传感器的特点,分析了将激光测距技术应用于该传感器上井前校准的系统设计与软硬件配置。室内实验分析表明,激光测距技术用于液位监测传感器校准,可实现其精确校准,进而确保录井过程中的准确监测。
In view of the shortcomings of the accurate detection and correction in traditional mud logging liquid level sensors,on the basis of expounding the principle of laser distance measuring technique and the introduction of DLS-B15 laser distance measuring instrument,and combining with the characteristics of liquid level sensors,the authors analyzed the application of laser distance measuring technique in its sensor correction,system design and hardware and software configuration.The laboratory experiments showed that laser distance measuring technique can be used for liquid level sensor to achieve accurate calibration and monitoring.
