摘要
金属板料单点增量成形件精度不足是制约该技术发展的一项重要因素,径向精度是成形件精度的重要组成部分。金属材料采用1060铝板,主要对单点增量成形过程中造成径向误差的原因进行分析,利用Abaqus有限元分析软件,建立单点增量成形有限元模型,分析工具头直径、层间距、进给速度、板料厚度、成形角度等工艺参数对径向误差值的影响,并通过实验验证有限元模拟的正确性。结果表明:径向误差值随着工具头直径、层间距、成形角度和板料厚度的增大而增加,进给速度对径向误差影响不显著。
Lack of accuracy of metal sheet single point incremental forming workpiece is an important factor restricting the development of the technology, radial accuracy is an important part of forming precision. The reasons which affect the radial accuracy in metal sheet single point incremental forming process were analyzed, the finite element model of single point incremental forming was established by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS and the 1060 Aluminum was selected as material of sheet, the impact of process parameters such as tool diameter, layer step, feeding speed, sheet thickness, forming angle on deviation were analyzed respectively. The correctness of finite element simulation was verified by experiment. The results showed that the radial deviation increases with the increase of tool diameter, step size, forming angle and sheet thickness, the feeding speed had no significant effect on the radial deviation.
