摘要
在Abaqus有限元软件中,建立复合材料层合板单钉单剪螺栓连接结构的三维有限元模型,引入三维Hashin准则作为失效判据,同时考虑拧紧力矩因素,分别采用分区退化方案和整体退化方案对不同厚度层合板单钉单剪螺栓连接结构的失效过程和连接强度进行分析预测。计算结果与试验结果的对比表明:普通退化方案得到的位移载荷曲线折减不够,且最终不能下降,采用分区退化模型的计算结果较为准确;随着板厚的增加,螺栓连接强度呈下降趋势,且下降速度由快变慢,即随着层合板厚度的增加,结构承载能力的提升程度减小;合适的拧紧力矩可以增大结构的极限强度,过大的拧紧力矩不利于结构的承载。
A 3D model of composite laminates with bolted joint is created by using the software ABAQUS. By introducing the 3D Hashin failure criteria and considering the tightening torque, the partition and the global degradation models were established. With this method, the failure process and the linking strength of single-lap, single-boh joints were calculated. The results shows that the load-displacement curve by using global degradation model doesn' t degrade enough and the computing results are more accurate by using the partition degradation model. With the increase of thickness, the linking strength of bolted single-lap composite joints decrease all the time and the speed of degradation gets slower and slower. It means that with the increase of thickness, the lifting bearing capacity of structure reduces. It also indicates that the ultimate strength of laminate is enhanced with appropriate tightening torque and excessive tightening torque impairs the load carrying capacity of the structure.
