摘要
髋、膝关节置换术能有效缓解关节病痛,重建关节功能,提高患者生活质量。近年来,随着手术技术的提高和加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)的发展,髋、膝关节置换术不断走向安全和成熟,关节外科医师开始探索日间手术的发展,并总结了相关经验。我国髋、膝关节置换数量增长迅速,医疗供需矛盾凸显,开展髋、膝关节置换日间手术可有效减少住院费用、缩短住院时间、提高患者满意度。本文主要对我国髋、膝关节置换日间手术的临床应用与发展前景做一论述,以期推动我国髋、膝关节置换日间手术的发展,从而提高医疗资源使用率,解决我国医疗负担重、压力大,看病难、看病贵的医疗现状。
Total hip/total knee arthroplasty（THA/TKA） can effectively alleviate the pain and restore joint function as well as improve the quality of life of patients who are suffering from all kinds of moderate or late stage joint diseases. In recent years, with the development of surgical technology and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery（ERAS）, THA and TKA have achieved to be more secure and mature, which encourage surgeons to attempt outpatient THA and TKA and relevant experiences have been summarized. In China, there is a growing number of THA and TKA and a serious imbalance between medical supply and demand. Outpatient THA and TKA can effectively reduce cost and shorten length of stay, which will be beneficial to increase the utilization efficiency of medical resources and to promote medical health service progress. This review will kick ideas to prospect clinic application and development of outpatient THA and TKA in China. We hope THA and TKA will be further promoted and efficiency of medical resources will be improved.
