摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法将140例子宫肌瘤患者随机分成试验组和对照组,各70例。所有患者均接受手术切除治疗,试验组采用临床护理路径进行护理干预,而对照组采用常规护理。比较2组护理满意度、健康知识掌握率、术后下床活动时间、肠胃功能恢复时间及平均住院时间。结果试验组的护理满意度为97.14%高于对照组的81.43%,健康知识掌握率为95.71%显著高于对照组的75.71%,术后下床活动时间、肠胃功能恢复时间、平均住院时间均显著短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理子宫肌瘤切除患者时,采用临床护理路径可有效提高患者的护理满意度,相对于传统的护理方法,临床护理路径为一种更先进合理的方法,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the application of uterine fibroids resection. Methods 140 cases of uterine fibroids were evenly divided into two groups,each of 70 cases. All patients underwent surgical resection,and experimental group used clinical nursing pathway,while control group used the routine nursing therapy. The nursing satisfaction,health knowledge mastery,postoperative ambulation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and average hospital stay between two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of experimental group（ 97. 14%） was higher than that of control group（ 81. 43%）,mastery rate of health knowledge of experimental group（ 95. 71%） was higher than that of control group（ 75. 71%）,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative ambulation time,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and average hospitalization time of experimental group were all shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing care of patients with uterine fibroids resection,the clinical nursing path can effectively improve the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing,compared with the traditional nursing method,clinical nursing pathway is a more advanced and reasonable method,worthy of in clinical application.
