摘要
目的:观察硫酸镁配合鲜鬼针草外敷冶疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的效果。方法:选取2014年4月~2016年4月于我院心内科胺碘酮所致静脉炎患者50例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予硫酸镁湿敷护理,观察组则给予硫酸镁配合鲜鬼针草外敷治疗,观察并记录两组患者红肿及疼痛消失时间和整体疗效情况并进行比较。结果:观察组患者红肿及疼痛消失时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫酸镁配合鲜鬼针草外敷冶疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎能有效提高治愈率,值得临床广泛推广运用。
Objective：To observe the effect of external application of magnesium sulfate and fresh sticktight in treating phlebitis induced by amiodarone. Methods ： Selected 50 cases of patients with phlebitis induced by amiodarone admitted to department of cardiology of our hospital in the period from April 2014 to April 2016, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random. The patents in control group received the nursing care of wet compressing of magnesium sulfate, and the patents in observation group received the treatment via external application of magnesium sulfate and fresh stiektight. Then, the patents from two groups were observed and recorded in swelling and pain disappearing time as well as overall therapeutic effect for comparison. Results： The patients from observation group had a significantly reduced swelling and pain disappearing time, and the difference was of statistical significance （ P 〈0.05 ） ; the patients from observation group had a better therapeutic effect than those from control group, and the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Through external application of magnesium sulfate and fresh sticktight in treating phlebitis induced by amiodarone, the recovery rate could be effectively improved, and it was worthy of wide application clinically.
