摘要
目的探析再生障碍性贫血患者T细胞亚群检测的临床意义。方法方便选取该院2013年4月—2016年11月收治的38例再生障碍性贫血患者为观察组,同时选择38例健康体检者,作为对照组,均以APAAP法对两组T细胞亚群及HLA-DR抗原进行检测,分析CD3、CD4、CD8、HLA-DR水平。结果观察组CD4水平(25.24±7.83)%、CD8(35.22±6.33)%、CD4/CD8(0.73±0.42)、HLA-DR(24.62±11.61)%与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,CD4水平(38.38±8.12)%、CD4/CD8(1.65±0.34)%、CD8水平(24.15±5.24)、HLA-DR水平(10.28±4.23)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论再生障碍性贫血患者发病和免疫功能异常关系密切,具有T淋巴细胞亚群失调的情况,因此,对于再生障碍性贫血患者检测T细胞亚群意义重大,对临床鉴别诊断及疗效观察均具有一定的临床指导价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of test of T cell subsets of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods Convenient selection 38 cases of patients with aplastic anemia admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to November 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 38 cases of healthy physical examination persons were selected as the control group, and the T cell subgroup and HLA-DR antigens were tested by the APAAP method, and the CD3, CD4,CD8 and HLA-DR levels were analyzed. Results The CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 and HLA-DR in the observation group were respectively（25.24±7.83）%,（35.22±6.33）%,（0.73±0.42）and（24.62±11.61）%, and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 and HLA-DR in the observation group were respectively（38.38±8.12）%,（24.15±5.24）,（1.65±0.34）% and（10.28±4.23）, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The morbidity of patients with aplastic anemia is related to the abnormal immune function with the T lymphocyte subsets imbalance, therefore, the significance of T cell subsets test of patients with aplastic anemia is significant, which is of a certain clinical guidance value to the clinical differential diagnosis and curative effect observation.
