摘要
丘脑痛通常继发于丘脑出血或梗塞,属于典型的卒中后中枢痛。中医理论和多年的临床实践数据证明,采用我国传统针灸镇痛的诊疗技术治疗丘脑痛具有显著的疗效。在中医领域,丘脑痛属中医"痛证""痹证""中风"范畴,而以痹症、中风、调心3种思想的针灸中医疗法作为依据开展治疗,可为丘脑痛的治疗提供新的指导思路。近年来针灸治疗丘脑痛从最初的单一针刺治疗到针药结合并用,此外穴位特异性也逐渐成为"现代针灸"的研究热点。针灸治疗丘脑痛,不但理念创新,且被证实获得较好疗效,值得进一步研究和推广。
The occurrence of talamic pain is secondary to the occurrence of thalamus hemorrhage or infarction,which belongs to central post-stroke pain. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） and data from clinical practice for many years prove that it has a significant effect on thalamic pain by using the treatment technology of traditional Chinese acupuncture analgesia. Thalamic pain belongs to pain syndromes,arthromyodynia and stroke category in TCM. Acupuncture in the treatment of thalamic pain by the concept of stroke,arthralgia,and mind-adjusting provides a new idea for treating thalamic pain. The researches focus on the combination of acupuncture and medicine,as well as the acupoint specificity in recent years. Acupuncture is proven to have a great significance in the treatment of thalamic pain,which deserves a further research and clinical application.
