摘要
基于6通道压电超声换能器的工作原理,设计相应的发射、接收、开关电路等前端处理部分;以CPLD集成电路为核心,采用TLC2543芯片实现A/D采样,采用AT89C52单片机完成数据采集和PCI卡通信功能,采用接口芯片PCI9054实现接口设计,最终将数据经PCI总线输送至上位机进行处理,以实现数字式超声波检测过程。
Based. on the 6-channel piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer works to design appropriate transmit, receive and switch circuitthat portion of the front-end processing. The CPLD integrated circuits as the control center, using TLC2543 chip to complete A/Dsampling, using AT89C52 MCU to complete data acquisition and communication with PCI card, using interface chip PCI9054 tocomplete the interface design, finally the data via the PCI bus transfers to host computer for processing, in order to achieve digitalultrasonic detection.
