摘要
政治信仰是影响社会稳定的重要因素。苏联解体的深层原因就是人民群众对苏联社会主义和苏共失去了政治信仰。导致人民群众失去政治信仰的原因有四 :一是高度集中的经济体制影响了劳动者的主人翁地位 ;二是高度集权的政治体制削弱了人们的民主参与权利 ;三是苏共领导人推行的一些不当的方针政策造成了意识形态的变异 ;四是民族问题处理不当产生了民族隔阂与分离的倾向。当前 ,我们只有真正坚持和落实江泽民提出的“三个代表” ,才能坚定人民群众对社会主义的信仰 ,才能使社会主义立于不败之地。
Political conviction is the important factor affecting the social stability.The deep reason for the disintegration of the Soviet Union lies in people's failure to believe in the Soviet Union's socialism and its Communist Party. Four reasons account for the above: I. Highly-collectible economic system affected laborers' master position in the society; II. Highly-collectible political system weakened people's democratic rights of participation; III. Improper policies made by the leaders of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union resulted in the different ideology; and IV. Improper handling of nationality issues led to national estrangement and separation. At the time being, we must adhere to the 'three represents' forwarded by Jiang Ze-min. Only in this way can we strengthen people's belief in socialism and make socialism stand triumphantly.
