摘要
运用差式扫描量热法(D.S.C.)和电子自旋共振波谱法(E.S.R.)测定了多粘菌素B对双棕榈酰基磷脂酸(DPPA)、双棕榈酰基磷脂酰甘油(DPPG)和双棕榈酰基磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)相变温度及其脂肪链有序状态的影响。研究表明,多粘菌素B对DPPA、DPPG或者DPPA/DPPC、DPPG/DPPC的混合物均能引起相变的分离以及出现凝胶态交错对插双层,但是多粘菌素B对DPPC无作用。
Differential scanning calorimetry ( D. S. C. ) and electron spin resonance (E. S. R. ) experiments were carried out to examine the effect of the polymyxin B ( PL B ) on the phase separation and Change order of the fatty acid chains of dipalmitoylpho sphatidic acid ( DPPA ) , dipalmitoylphosphatidylglycerol ( DPPG ) and dipalmitoylpho sphatidylcholine (DPPC). It is shown that in both DPPA and DPPG alone or DPPA/DPPC and DPPG/DPPC mix lures, PL B can induce phase separation and interdigitation bilayer in the gel state. But PL B can not induce changes in pure Dppc.
