摘要
采用不同的工艺对蒙脱土进行了有机改性 ,采用胶乳共沉的方法制备了蒙脱土 /天然胶纳米复合材料。研究了不同改性工艺对结构及性能的影响 ,引进了超声改性的方法 ,找到一种时间短、耗能少。
Several different modification techniques were adopted to organize montmorillonite, and rubber/ modified montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by rubber latex co-deposition. The effects of modification techniques on structure and properties of the composites were studied and a new ultrasonic modification was introduced. A cheap, time-saving, high efficiency technique was chosen.
