摘要
目的探究改进消化内镜清洗消毒流程对消毒效果及院内感染防控的积极作用。方法抽选2015年10~12月清洗消毒后的520件消化内镜及内镜诊疗后的220例患者作为对照组,在2016年1~5月,依据《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》对内镜及附件清洗消毒流程进行全面改进,抽选2016年6~8月清洗消毒后的500件消化内镜及内镜诊疗后的210例患者作为观察组,比较两组的内镜消毒合格率、院内感染率及患者满意率。结果对照组消毒合格率分别为74.23%、77.12%,低于观察组的97.60%、98.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组院内感染率为1.36%,观察组无院内感染病例,感染率有效降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意率为99.05%,显著高于对照组的73.18%(P<0.05)。结论改进消化内镜清洗消毒流程,不仅能够全面有效地消灭病菌、提高合格率,更能积极预防院内交叉感染,保护安全健康,赢得患者满意,促进医患关系和谐稳定,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the positive effect of the improving endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process on the disinfection result and nosocomial infection prevention and control.Methods Altogether 520 cleaned and disinfected endoscopes and 220 patients diagnosed and treated with digestive endoscopy from October to December 2015 were selected as control group.According to the Technical Operation Specification for Endoscopic Cleaning and Disinfection, comprehensive improvement of the cleaning and disinfection process of endoscopesland ~eeessories was performed from January to May 2016,and then 500 cleaned and disinfected endoscopesand 210 cases of patients diagnosed and treated with digestive endoscopy from June to August 2016 were selected as observation group,and the endoscopic disinfection qualification rate,nosocomial infection qualification rate and patients＇ sa~~sfaction rate between two groups were com- pared.Results The disinfection qualification rate of Control group were 74.23% and 77.12%,and it was lower than those of observation group （97.60% and 98.60%）,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.The nosocomial infection rate of control group was 1.36%,while observation group had no nosocomial infectioncases;the infection rate was effec- tively reduced,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Patients＇ satisfaction rate of observation group was 99.05%, and it was significantly higher than of control group （73.18%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Improvement of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process not only can effectively kill bacteria and increase the disinfection qualification rate,but also can actively prevent nosoeomial cross infections and protect patients＇ health and safety,which is helpful to win the patients＇satisfaction,promote harmonious and stable doctor-patient relationship and is worthy of clinical promotion.
