摘要
我国教育改革、人事制度改革并行,极大地推动了高职院校档案管理工作。目前已经实现了信息化管理体系运作;但根据现状与暴露的问题分析,信息化改革只是完成了初步的转型实践,并未达到与高职院校发展需求相契合的信息化改革目标。为了促进其达到目的,文章从两种档案版本并行推进实践、自主开发软件实践、管理制度升级实践3个方面进行深化实践说明。
China＇ s education reform, together with the reform of the personnel system, has greatly promoted the archives management of higher vocational colleges. Currently, it has realized the operation of informatization management system.However, according to the analysis of current situation and exposed problems, informatization reform has just completed its preliminary transformation practice and hasn＇ t reached the informatization reform target that meeting the needs of the higher vocational colleges＇ development. In order to promote the realization of the goal, this paper deepens the practice introduction from three aspects： practice of promoting the parallel implementation of two types of archives, practice of independently developing software and practice of upgrading the management institute.
