摘要
目的对检验科的血细胞分析仪管理和校准措施进行探讨。方法在2014年5月—2015年5月,检验人员对收集的100份血液标本进行常规的监测,并根据常规方法对仪器进行简单维护、管理;在2015年8月—2016年8月,检验人员对收集的100份血液标本依据检验管理制度、流程开展详细检测,并对仪器采取校准措施。对两段时间内血细胞分析仪的损坏评分、血液检测准确率、检测人员技术水平评分进行分析和对比。结果 2015年8月—2016年8月开展一系列管理、校准措施后,血细胞分析仪的损坏评分、血液检测准确率、检测人员技术水平评分均优于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学管理、校准血细胞分析仪,有利于促进检验工作质量和效率提升。
Objective To analyze the management and calibration of hematology analyzer in clinical laboratory. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, the inspectors routinely monitor the collected 100 blood samples and carry out simple maintenance and management of the equipment according to the conventional method. From August 2015 to August 2016, the inspectors carried out 100 Blood samples according to the item inspection management system, the process to carry out detailed testing, and the instrument to take calibration measures. Results After a series of management and calibration measures from August 2015 and August 2016, the damage score, blood test accuracy and technical level of blood cell analyzer were better than before(P 〈 0.05), there was significant difference. Conclusion Scientific management, calibration of blood cell analyzer, is conducive to improve the quality and efficiency of testing.
