摘要
目的:探讨超声心动图在小儿川崎病冠脉病变临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年3月-2016年3月本院收治的小儿川崎病患儿50例作为试验组,选取同期来本院进行健康检查的小儿50例作为常规组,对两组小儿都采用超声心动图进行检查,对比两组小儿冠状动脉的情况。结果:常规组的左冠状动脉的主干以及右冠状动脉均能完全清晰的显示;试验组诊断出冠状动脉发生病变的患儿46例,其中冠状动脉出现内径扩张现象32例,冠状动脉出现内径扩张并且合并有内膜增厚现象8例,冠状动脉出现内径扩张并且合并有心包积液6例;两组小儿冠状动脉情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图应用在小儿川崎病冠脉病变的临床诊断中具有良好的诊断效果,值得在临床上推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions in children with Kawasaki disease.Method：50 children with Kawasaki disease in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group, the same to our hospital for health check of 50 cases of pediatric were selected as the normal group,the two groups of children were examined by echocardiography,and compared with the coronary artery in the two groups.Result：The left main coronary artery and the right coronary artery in the conventional group can be clearly displayed;in the experimental group,46 cases were diagnosed with coronary artery disease,there were 32 cases of coronary artery dilatation,coronary artery dilatation and intimal thickening occurred in 8 cases,coronary arteries appear inside diameter expansion in 6 cases with pericardial effusion;two groups of children with coronary artery disease,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of echocardiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions in children with Kawasaki disease has a good diagnostic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
