摘要
对当前煤炭企业集团管控方面的现状和问题进行了简要研究与分析,从组织结构、产权股权结构、产业化管控、专业化集约管理等层面,具体阐述了潞安集团构建实施集团管控一体化体系的发展经验和实践路径,并针对性地提出了有关的意见及建议,以期为煤炭企业管控提供借鉴参考,助力煤炭行业供给侧结构性改革顺利推进。
The paper had a brief study and analysis on the management and control status and problems in the present coal enterprise group. From the organization structures, property and equities structures, industrialized management and control, specialized intensive management and other aspects, the paper had a certain statement on the development experiences and practice path to establish and implement the group management and control integrated system in Lu＇an Group. The paper provided some management and control comments and proposals in order to provide the references to the management and control of the coal enterprises and to assist the successful promotion of the supply-side structure reform in the coal enterprises.
