摘要
从供应链角度协调电煤关系是煤电关系协调的新视角,通过回顾以往的文献,明确界定了电煤的含义,分析了电煤供应链的特点、结构,总结了电煤供应链的协调要素及协调目标,之后分析了电煤供应链协调存在的问题,并重点对协调中存在的不确定因素进行了分析,最后从宏观层面和微观层面提出了电煤供应链协调的策略。
From a view of the supply chain,the coordination of the electric power coal relationship would be a new perspective of the electric power coal relationship coordination.With a review on the previous documents,the paper had a clear definition on the meaning of the electric power coal,an analysis on the features and structure of the electric power coal supply chain,a summarization on the coordination factors and coordinated objectives of the electric power coal supply chain and late an analysis on the problems existed in electric power coal supply chain.The paper had an analysis on the uncertain factors existed in the coordination.Finally a coordinative strategy of the electric power coal supply chain was provided from the macro level and the micro level.
