摘要
目的:分析数字化X线摄影(DR)双能量成像技术的临床应用价值。方法:选择我院2015年3月至2016年5月收治的患者200例,按照数字随机方式将全部患者分成两组,100例对照组患者给予传统X线平片检查,100例实验组患者给予数字化X线摄影双能量成像技术检查,对两组患者的拍片质量进行观察比较,同时对临床诊断率进行统计分析。结果:在图像质量方面,实验组显著优于对照组;另外在临床诊断准确率方面,实验组显著高于对照组。结论:数字化X线摄影双能量成像技术的操作简单方便,拍片质量高,能为疾病的诊治提供质量较高的影像资料,进而让临床诊断率提高,具有临床应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application value of digital radiography(DR) dual energy imaging technology. Methods: 200 cases in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected, and all patients were divided into two groups according to the number of random methods.100 cases of patients in the control group were given traditional X-ray examination while 100 patients in the experimental group were treated with digital radiography and dual energy imaging technology. Then, the film quality of two groups of patients were compared and observed, and the clinical diagnostic rate were statistically analyzed. Results: In terms of image quality, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group. In addition, the clinical diagnostic accuracy rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: The digital radiography and dual energy imaging technology with simple and convenient operation, high film quality, which it can provide high quality image data for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and then make the clinical diagnosis rate to improve, thus it has clinical application value.
