摘要
研究建立了禽蛋中四环素类药物及其代谢物残留量检测的UPLC-MS/MS法。将待测物用Na_2EDTA-Mcllvaine缓冲液提取两次,水饱和的正己烷脱脂,过Oasis PRiME HLB固相萃取小柱,用液相色谱-串联质谱仪测定,外标法定量。结果表明,6种四环素类药物在2.0~100.0 ng/mL浓度范围内呈现良好线性,回收率在72.8%~96.4%之间,RSD小于15%,方法的检出限为0.5μg/kg,定量限为1.0μg/kg。
A UPLC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of tetracyclines and its metabolites in eggs. The target compounds were extracted twice with Na2EDTA- Mcllvaine buffer solution, defatted with water saturated n-hexane, then through Oasis PRIME HLB SPE column. Analytes were detected with UPLC-MS/MS, external standard method for quantitation. The results showed that the 6 tetracycline drugs showed good linearity in the range of 2 to 100.0 ng/mL,and the recovery was in the range 72.8% to 96.4%,RSD was less than 15%,the limit of detection value of the method was 0.5 μg/kg,the limit of quantitation value was 1.0 μg/kg.
