摘要
目的分析新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗进展期结直肠癌近期疗效,旨在提高进展期结直肠癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2015年1月医院收诊的85例进展期结直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组42例,对照组43例。对照组采取腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗。观察两组患者近期疗效、术后恢复情况以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组仅有2例患者发生肺转移、2例患者复发,对照组有4例发生肝转移、3例肺转移、3例骨转移,11例复发,观察组近期疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合腹腔镜手术治疗进展期结直肠癌具有较好的应用效果,能够显著提升临床疗效,减少转移率和复发率,且术后并发症状较少,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective To analyze neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined laparoscopic surgery for advanced colorectal cancer curative effect,to improve the clinical efficacy of advanced colorectal cancer patients.Methods From January 2012 to January 2015,the hospital received 85 patients diagnosed with advanced colorectal cancer who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group,42 patients in the control group of 43 patients.The control group received laparoscopic surgery,observation group neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with laparoscopic surgery.Observed curative effect,postoperative recovery and postoperative complication rates of two groups ＇ patients.Results The only two cases of patients with lung metastasis,2 patients relapsed,the control group,4 patients had liver metastases,three cases of pulmonary metastasis,three cases of bone metastasis,11 cases of recurrence,the recent observation group was significantly better than the control group The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined laparoscopic surgery for advanced colorectal cancer has a better effect,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce metastasis and relapse rates,and fewer postoperative symptoms and should be introduced in the clinic.
