摘要
Smartplant Instrumentation(SPI)是鹰图公司开发的仪表工程设计软件。仪表工艺数据是仪表工程设计的重要的基础数据,具有数据量大的特点。本文介绍与SPI仪表工艺数据录入相关的工艺数据模块、IPD模块和导入模块,对比分析了这3种录入方式的优缺点。并介绍使用Excel VBA将SPI数据库与IPD模块和导入模块结合起来的二次开发成果。经项目应用实践,该开发成果可优化设计流程,缩短设计周期,显著提高设计效率和质量。
Smartplant Instrumentation (SPI) is an instrument engineering design software developed by Intergraph. Instrument Process Data is the important basic data of instrument engineering with a large amount of data. This paper introduces the Process Data Module, IPD Module and Import Utility which related to the input of SPI Instrument Process Data, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these three input methods. This paper introduces the secondary development which combined SPI database with IPD Module and import Utility by using Excel VBA. According to the application of project practice, the development results work significantly with optimizing the design process, shortening the design duration, and improving the design efficiency and quality.
