摘要
设立勤工助学岗位是高校图书馆发展的必然趋势。以南阳理工学院图书馆为例,对勤工助学学生岗位设立的情况,从馆员和学生两方的角度进行调查,并对数据进行了科学的分析,提出建立成熟的招聘机制、建立系统的管理体系、开发工作内容三个策略。
It is the inevitable tendency to set up work-study posts program in university libraries. Taking the Library of Nanyang Institute of Technology as an example, this paper investigates the work-study post program from the perspective of the librarians and the students; furthermore, it analyzes the data scientifically. Thus the paper puts forward three strategies.establishment of a mature recruitment system, establishment of a systemic management system and development of work content.
