沙漠砂替代率对沙漠砂混凝土动态特性影响数值模拟 被引量:5

Numerical simulation of dynamic properties of desert sand concrete with various desert sand replacement ratios under impact loading

摘要 沙漠砂混凝土动态特性非常复杂。将沙漠砂混凝土看作水泥砂浆和粗骨料组成二相复合材料,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对试件尺寸、沙漠砂替代率和粗骨料体积含量不同沙漠砂混凝土动态破坏过程进行模拟,分析试件尺寸、沙漠砂替代率和粗骨料体积含量对沙漠砂混凝土动态特性影响规律,并对沙漠砂替代率不同沙漠砂混凝土动态破坏模式进行探讨。研究表明:随着沙漠砂替代率增加,沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力呈先增大后减小趋势,沙漠砂替代率20%时,沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力达到最大;随着试件尺寸增大,沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力逐渐减小;保持沙漠砂替代率和试件尺寸不变,随着粗骨料体积含量增加,沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力呈先增大后减小趋势。 The dynamic properties of desert sand concrete are very complex.Desert sand concrete was considered as a two-phase composite consisting of cement mortar and coarse aggregate.The failure processes of desert sand concrete with different specimen dimension, desert sand replacement ratio and the fraction of coarse aggregate particle under impact loadings were simulated by means of ANSYS/LS-DYNA sollware.The influence of specimen dimension, desert sand replacement ratio and the fraction of coarse aggregate particle on the dynamic properties of desert sand concrete were analyzed.The failure mode of desert sand concrete with various desert sand replacement ratios was discussed.Simulated results show that with the enhancement of desert sand replacement ratio,the peak stress of desert sand concrete increases firstly, and then declines.When desert sand replacement ratio is equal to 20%, the peak stress of desert sand concrete reaches the maximum value.The peak stresses of desert sand concrete decline with the specimen dimension.Desert sand replace- ment ratio and specimen dimension being kept unchanged, the peak stress of desert sand concrete with various desert sand replacement ra- tio increases firstly, and then declines with the fraction of coarse aggregate particle.
