摘要
针对多品种变批量高效数控加工的生产特点,结合加工设备生产情况和生产线的要求,采用先进的快速定位和柔性装夹方式已经成为一项备受关注的应用技术。通过基于零点定位技术的快换工装系统,结合柔性夹具设计理念,可减少机床因装夹导致的停机时间,实现加工机床或生产线生产周期内连续运转,从整体上提高生产效率,降低成本。重点介绍了零点定位系统及柔性夹具的先进技术及最新应用进展,结合企业实际需求,对柔性夹具等先进装夹技术的后续发展方向提出若干建议。
According to the characteristics of multispecies and variable batches efficient NG machmmg, comminmg with the condition of machining production equipment and the requirement of machining production line, the use of advanced mode of rapid positioning and flexible clamping has become a high - profile application technology. Through rapid changing tooling system based on zero positioning technology and combining with the flexible fixture design concept, the machine downtime caused by clamping can be reduced and machines and production line can be continuously operated in the production cycle, improving the efficiency of production as a whole and reducing the cost. This article focuses on the advanced technology and the latest application progress of zero positioning system and flexible fixture. Combining with military enterprise actual demand, this article puts forward some suggestions to the subsequent development direction of the flexible fixture and other advanced clamping technology.
