摘要
煤热解是煤炭清洁利用的一种有效途径,对新疆小红沟煤进行低温热解,探讨热解工艺因素对焦油产率的影响。结果表明:热解工艺中热解终温和催化剂影响较大,分别使焦油产率较原煤提高0.57%和0.77%。通过最佳热解条件分析,发现影响焦油产率顺序为溶胀>热解终温>升温速率>催化剂>超声波>保温时间,经过对各种因素分析得出的最佳工艺参数为热解终温570℃,升温速率12℃/min,催化剂1∶20,超声波处理15 min,保温时间18 min。此时,煤样焦油产率16.76%,较原煤提高7.63%。
Coal pyrolysis is an effective way to clean use of coal, using Xinjiang Xiaohonggou coal low- temperature pyrolysis, investigate the effect of factors on the tar yield. The results show that: the pyrolysis process of pyrolysis final moderate catalyst, the pyrolysis process final pyrolysis mild catalyst greater impact, respectively compared with coal tar yield of 0.57% and 0.77%. Through the best pyrolysis condition analysis, found to affect the order of tar yield: swelling〉 final pyrolysis temperature〉 heating rate 〉catalysts〉ultrasonic 〉holding time, After analyzing the various factors of optimum process parameters for: final pyrolysis temperature 570℃, the heating rate 12℃/min, catalyst 1:20, ultrasonic treatment for 15 rain, heat preservation time 18 min. In this case, coal tar yield of 16.76%, 7.63% increase compared with coal.
