摘要
目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合常规西药治疗老年频繁短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法将2013年2月~2016年2月本院收治的126例老年频繁TIA患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各63例。观察组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注;对照组给予右旋糖酐40氯化钠注射液静脉滴注。两组疗程均为14 d,并同时给予口服阿司匹林、氯吡格雷及阿托伐他汀等常规药物治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、血液流变学指标及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.8%,显著高于对照组的82.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血浆黏度、全血高切黏度及全血低切黏度明显降低,而对照组无明显变化,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合常规西药治疗老年频繁TIA安全有效,可以改善血液流变学指标,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and the influence on hemorheology of Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochlofide Injection combined with conventional Western medicine in the trentment of senile patients with frequent transient ischemic attack （TIA）.Methods According to random number table method,126 elderly patients with frequently TIA from February 2013 to February 2016 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the ob- servation group and the control group,each group had 63 patients.The observation group was treated with Salviae Milti- orrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection drip,the control group was treated with Dextran 40 Sodium Chloride Injection for intravenous drip,trentment course lasted for 2 weeks.At the same time,the two groups was treated with con- ventional drug therapy,including Aspirin,Clopidogrel and Atorvastatin,etc.The clinical effect,hemorheology indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective of the observation group （96.8%） was obviously higher than that of control group （82.5%） （P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the plasma viscosity,the whole blood high and low-shear viscosities after treatment were decreased while the control group did not change significant- ly,and the differences was statistically significant between two groups （P〈0.05）.Both groups had no serious adverse re- actions.Conclusion Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with conventional Western medicine in the trentment of senile patients with frequent TIA is safe and effective,which can improve blood rheology, and without obvious adverse reaction.
