摘要
根据基层中医医疗机构信息化发展趋势与需求,结合基层中医馆基本医疗信息系统建设经验,通过课题研究,撰写了基层中医馆基本医疗信息系统软件功能规范。重点描述了关于功能规范研究编制的背景、方法、目标及编制思路、原则、内容,使读者对基层中医馆信息化发展的特点及需求有充分了解,便于更好地推进基层中医医疗机构信息化建设。
According to the development trend and demand of informationization of grassroots Traditional Chinese medical institutions, combined with basic medical information system construction experience of these institutions, this article presents the functional specifications of basic medical information system software for grassroots traditional Chinese medicine institutions through a research project. It describes the background, methods, goals, compilation ideas, principles and contents of the research on functional norms, and makes it easier to understand the characteristics and demands of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine informationization development, so as to better promote the informatization of grassroots Traditional Chinese medical institutions.
