摘要 为了让科研设备为教学服务,基于西南交通大学万吨列车编组制动系统定置试验台,开发了适用于教学的万吨列车制动系统综合实验平台。在介绍实验平台基本组成和工作原理的基础上,重点阐述了基于Lab VIEW的实验平台软件设计,同时以制动波速和缓解波速实验为例,分析了实验教学的具体过程。该实验平台功能齐全,能够满足机车车辆专业列车制动课程的所有基本实验,对于加深学生对列车制动原理的认识和理解,丰富列车制动课程的教学内容都起着十分积极的作用。 To make use of research equipment for teaching,a comprehensive teaching experimental platform was developed for 10 000 t train marshalling braking system based on test rig for 10 000 t train marshalling braking system in Southwest Jiaotong University. On the basis of introduction of experimental platform structure and principle,this paper mainly focused on the software design of the experimental platform based on Labview. Meanwhile the experiments of braking propagation speed and release propagation speed were taken for examples to analyze the process of experiment teaching. The experimental platform has multiple functions and can meet the demands of experiment of train braking course for locomotive and rolling stock students. It also plays a crucial role in both deepening comprehension and knowledge of train braking system principle,and enriches the curriculum content of train braking system.
