摘要
随着我国社会经济体制改革的发展,基层行政事业单位内部控制存在的问题日益凸显,严重影响了单位的科学与健康发展。因此,在我国改革转型升级的关键时期,必须强化行政事业单位的内部控制,正确对待其存在的各种问题,在深入分析的基础上制定切实可行的改善措施,以完善、系统化的内部控制推进行政事业单位的改革。
With the development of social and economic system reform in our country, the problems of the internal control of the basic administrative institutions are becoming more and more serious, seriously affected the scientitle and healthy development o fthe unit. Therefore, in the critical period of China＇s reform and transformation and upgrading, we must strengthen the internal control of administrative institutions, correctly deal with the problems, formulate formulates feasible improvement measures on the basis of deep analysis, in order to promote the reform of the administrative institutions of the internal control system.
