摘要
目的观察在恶性骨肿瘤化疗治疗中予以患者强化护理干预对其不良反应及生活质量的影响效果。方法本研究观察对象为我院收治的恶性骨肿瘤化疗患者50例,选取时间为2014年5月—2016年5月,以随机数字法进行平均分组,给予强化护理干预和常规护理干预,护理后将两组患者的护理效果进行观察和比较。结果不同护理干预后,实验组患者生活质量各项评分明显较优,不良反应发生率明显较低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在恶性骨肿瘤化疗治疗中进行强化护理干预护理效果明显,可降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the adverse reactions and quality of life of patients with malignant bone tumor treated by chemotherapy. Methods 50 patients with malignant bone tumor were treated with chemotherapy in our hospital,the selection time was from May 2014 to May 2016. The patients were divided into two groups by random number method, which were given intensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention. After nursing, the nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The scores of quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were better than those of the patients with different nursing intervention, The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of intensive nursing intervention in the treatment of malignant bone tumors is obvious, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
