摘要
目的观察舒适护理干预在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中的临床效果。方法选取老年慢性心力衰竭患者92例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施舒适护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率(95.7%)高于对照组(80.4%),住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论老年慢性心力衰竭患者应用舒适护理,能够提高患者的治疗效果,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 92 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The experimental group was treated with comfortable nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （95.7%） was higher than that of the control group （80.4%）, the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group, the nursing satisfaction score was higher than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic heart failure with comfortable nursing, can improve the treatment effect of patients, shorten the hospital stay, improve nursing satisfaction.
