压水反应堆蒸汽发生器传热管材料进展

摘要 蒸发器传热管是核电站关键部件之一,常发生应力腐蚀破坏。本文讨论了关键合金元素对Fe-Cr-Ni合金应力腐蚀行为的影响及其作用机理,介绍了传热管材料发展历程,总结了材料研究现状和成果,为我国核电站压水反应堆传热管材料选用及关键元素含量控制提供参考。 Steam generator tubing is one of the important eompoments in nuclear power plants. Tube degradation has resulted from stress corrosion cracking. This paper introduces the development of SG tubing materials in the world. The role of several elements such as Ni, Cr, Fe in the corrosion behavior of austenitie stainless steels and Fe-Ni-Cr base alloys are summarized. Their meehanism is discussed. The resuh provides a guideline for selecting the proper materials and controlling the chemical compositions of SG tubing for domestic design and construction of pressurized water reactors.
