摘要
课程体系不仅是培养人才的基础,而且是贯彻人才培养方案及实现人才培养目标的重要环节。依据生命科学人才培养目标,在原有生物学实验课程体系基础上,提升实验教学理念,并以此为引领,通过师资队伍建设,教材建设,课程内容、方法和手段的完善,建立有效的实验教学考核体系,以及优化实验室管理模式和加强实验教学环境建设等措施,保证了生物学实验教学体系的可持续发展,对于培养适应未来生物学技术发展的应用型、创新性人才具有十分重要的意义。
The course system is not only the basis of talent cultivation, but also an important link of implementing talent cultivation plans and realizing talent cultivation objectives. In accordance with the talent cultivation objectives of life science, and based on the existing biology experimental course system, we improve the concept of experimental teaching, establish an effective evaluation system for experimental teaching through teaching staff construction, textbook construction, content, method and means improvement, optimize laboratory management and enhance environment construction for experimental teaching. We hope to ensure the sustainable development of biology experimental teaching system, and lay a foundation for the cultivation of applied and innovative talents suitable for future development of bio-technology.
